Consistent and reliable

This is my third year using Process Street, and they continue to deliver. We initially started with their automated checklists for client onboarding and later expanded to HR process automation. The interface is familiar, and I appreciate the consistency in their updates; new features generally enhance the experience without disrupting existing workflows too much. This time, I focused on some ISO audit templates, and they integrated seamlessly with our existing setup. It just works, and that's why we keep renewing. The role-based permissions are key for our team, and I haven't had any major issues with reliability. It's a solid platform for managing recurring tasks.

Good for SOPs, minor integration hiccup

I used Process Street for setting up some new employee onboarding workflows and it's been pretty solid overall. The automated checklists saved us a lot of time and made sure nothing was missed. Building out the SOPs was intuitive, and the conditional logic workflows were really helpful for different roles. The reporting dashboards also gave good oversight. My only minor issue was with an integration connector I was trying to set up; it took a bit more troubleshooting than I expected. Customer service was responsive though and helped me sort it out. Value for money is definitely there, especially with the annual billing discount I took advantage of. It's a useful tool for compliance and keeping things organized.

Streamlined our processes

Got a subscription for their Compliance Operations Platform. It helped us organize our IT security checklists. Setup was straightforward, and the automated tasks work well. Made things much easier to track. I'm happy with it.

Decent value, good features

I signed up for Process Street after trying their free trial, looking for a way to manage our property management workflows on a budget. The annual billing discount made it much more affordable than monthly. The AI workflow generator was helpful for getting started quickly without much hassle. I found the features like task assignments and approval flows were exactly what we needed. For the price I paid, it feels like a good investment. It certainly beats trying to track everything manually. The savings from annual billing really sealed the deal for me.

Has anyone used both Process Street and Monday.com for project management? Curious which one is better for setting up repeatable processes, not just one-off projects.

R Ryan N. 2 months ago
Process Street is way more focused on actual repeatable processes and SOPs. Monday.com can do it, but it's more general project management. If you need strict compliance and step-by-step guides, PS is probably better.

Yeah, I tried Monday for some process stuff and it felt clunky. Process Street is built for that, especially with the conditional logic. Monday is good for tracking tasks, but less so for enforcing a 'how-to' flow.

Saw some talk about discounts. Are there any actual promo codes floating around, or is it mostly just for annual billing?

A Anna Okafor 2 months ago
Pretty sure it's mostly annual billing or if you're a non-profit/startup. I've never seen a public promo code for them.

Yeah, don't hold your breath for a random coupon. The biggest savings come from paying annually, saves like 15-20% usually. They also have a free trial so you can test it out before committing.

How good is their AI for generating workflows? Like, can I just type in a basic idea and it spits out something usable, or is it more like a fancy template generator?

P Phil Whitfield 3 months ago
It's pretty good for getting a head start. You can give it a prompt and it'll give you a decent framework. You'll still need to tweak it for your exact needs, but it saves a lot of time brainstorming.

I've found it pretty helpful for the initial draft. It's not magic, but it definitely gives you more than just a blank page. Good for when you know what you want to do but not exactly how to structure the steps.

If I sign up for a year and then decide it's not working for us, can I cancel anytime? Or am I locked in for the whole year?

W Wendy Lindqvist 2 months ago
You're generally locked in for the year if you pay annually. They don't have a money-back guarantee after the initial period, afaik.

C Carly Hughes 2 months ago
Nah, if you commit to annual, that's usually it for the year. That's why the free trial is super important to make sure it fits your needs before you pay.

Thinking about Process Street for my small business, but wondering about the cost. Is it like super expensive per user, or more reasonable? We're only a few people.

T Todd E. 1 month ago
It's not a per-user thing, more like based on your plan. They have different tiers. You can scale up users pretty easily though, I did that last year.

They have a free trial to check it out. I think they have a free version too, but it's pretty basic. The paid plans are where the real features are, but you gotta check their site for exact pricing.
